Keily Cakes operates out of a home kitchen in Cedar Bluff, Knoxville, on Eagle Pointe Drive. For this reason, we operate on a by-appointment-only basis and do not have ready-made cakes or desserts.

Please note that all custom orders have a minimum order requirement of $150. We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice, but kindly request at least four weeks' notice. From time to time, we do accept last-minute requests. Requests 7 days or less from the due date will incur a rush fee of $55 or 20% of your order total, whichever is greater.
